Ground Maintenance

Ground Maintenance – Will be carried out on the following areas of the Anchorage Complex “The Island Block” and the “The Main Apartment Block”. This will consist of the following:

   *  Grass Cutting

   *  Trimming of bushes and shrubs

The above will be carried out during the growing season weather permitting

Properties not included within the Ground Maintenance Programme are the Town Houses who are responsible for ground maintenance within the curtilage of the property.

Owners and residents who carry out maintenance although with good intention are reminded that AE will not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury or damage to persons or property as any such works carried out without the necessary risk assessments, insurances and authority or AE are undertaken at the risk of the instructing owner.

As part of the Ground Maintenance the existing planted areas are being cleaned, old bushes and ground cove are being removed and new planting is taking place. This is part of the landscaping scheme to enhance the complex and improve the quality of the environment, this process will be carried out over a period of months and is dependent on weather conditions.
