Anchorage Estates

The Anchorage development was built between1994-98 on what originally formed part of the historic Brunswick Quay and consists of a mixture of privately owned apartments and town houses overlooking the marina enjoying one of the premier views in Liverpool within easy walking distance of the City Centre amenities.

The Anchorage Owners Association was formed in 2008 to take over the management of the Anchorage Estate following which, as per the seventh schedule paragraph 11 of the lease, it ceased to manage the Anchorage Estate following the appointment, May 2010, of consultants in the form of independent Chartered Building Surveyors and independent Chartered Accountants who are now managing the Anchorage Estate in its entirety.
